Troubleshooting

  • Cause:

    1. Accidentally touching the emergency stop button causes the robot to be unable to be pushed manually.
    2. The chassis knob is set to Auto mode, which prevents the wheels from rotating.
  • Solution:

Ensure that the emergency stop button is in the released (not pressed) state and that the chassis knob is set to Manual mode.

  • Cause:

    1. Foreign objects are attached to the wheels.
    2. Internal components of the chassis are loose, fallen or damaged.
  • Solution:

    1. Check the wheels, and remove any attached foreign objects.
    2. Check if the internal components of the chassis are loose, fallen or damaged; if so, please contact us for maintenance.
  • Cause:

    1. Previous calibration data has been unexpectedly lost.
    2. The robot has suffered an unexpected impact during operation or transportation, causing zero position offset.
  • Solution:

    1. Perform zero position calibration again.
    2. If the zero position offset is significant, it is recommended to contact us for maintenance.
  • Cause:

The internal USB cable is loose or has poor contact.

  • Solution:

    1. Non-professionals are not allowed to disassemble the device by themselves. It is recommended to first troubleshoot connection issues by restarting the robot.
    2. If the problem still exists after restarting, please contact us. Professional engineers will guide you to disassemble and re-plug the USB cable, or perform further maintenance.

If you encounter other problems, please first check if the robot is powered on correctly and ensure all connections are firm, then try restarting the robot. If the problem still exists, please contact us.
