Safety Regulations

  • This product is intended for use by adults who have received training or have relevant experience. Persons under 18 years of age and those without relevant experience are prohibited from operating the robot. Do not allow children or elderly individuals to access the device. If bystanders (especially children or persons with physical disabilities) are present during operation, ensure they keep a safe distance from the robot.
  • Warning: This product is not waterproof.
  • You are responsible for understanding and complying with local laws and regulations.
  • When operating the robot, ensure it remains within your line of sight and keep a safe distance. Do not touch or approach the robot while it is in motion or operation.
  • Do not insert fingers, hair, clothing, or any foreign objects into gaps or joints of the robot, to avoid pinching, injury, or equipment malfunction.
  • The robot operates optimally at temperatures between 5 °C and 40 °C. Avoid use in rain or high-humidity environments. Keep the robot away from open flames, heat sources, and prolonged direct sunlight, as these may cause damage.
  • Perform regular maintenance and inspections to ensure proper functioning of components such as motors and power supplies, preventing hazards caused by aging or damage.
  • When the battery level is low, stop operating and power off the robot immediately. Do not continue operation with a low battery, as sudden power loss may cause the robot to fall or sustain damage. Only use the robot after fully charging.
  • Do not disassemble the robot by yourself. If a malfunction occurs and requires repair, please contact our after-sales service for professional assistance by our technicians.
  • Ensure the charging dock and robot are dry. Do not charge in wet or splash-prone areas to avoid short circuits or electric shock.
  • Always use the original charging dock and power adapter provided by our company. Use of non-original accessories may cause fire or explosion and will void your warranty.
  • Although most modern robots are equipped with an automatic stop function upon full charge, it is still recommended to unplug the power promptly after charging. Prolonged continuous charging (e.g., for several days) is not recommended.
  • Place the charging dock in a location out of reach of children and pets, and where they cannot pull or trip over cables, to prevent accidents.
  • If you detect a burning smell, overheating, smoke, or unusual noise from the device or charging dock during charging, unplug the power immediately. Stop using the device and contact customer service or a technician for repair.
  • Do not transport the robot while powered on. Ensure the robot is completely powered off, not just in sleep mode. All operation indicators must be off.
  • Secure all external accessories, end effectors, wiring harnesses, chargers, and other components in the transport lock position.
  • Affix prominent labels on the outside of the box, including “FRAGILE”, “KEEP DRY”, “DO NOT STACK”, and “THIS SIDE UP”.
