Troubleshooting

  • Cause:

    1. Power supply not connected.
    2. Loose wiring.
  • Solution:

    1. Ensure the exoskeleton teleoperation device is correctly connected to the power supply.
    2. Tighten the connecting wires after powering off, then power on again.
  • Cause:

    1. The USB cable between the exoskeleton teleoperation device and the Industrial PC is not connected or is loose.
    2. The data acquisition unit is not functioning properly.
  • Solution:

    1. Ensure the exoskeleton teleoperation device is correctly connected to the industrial PC.
    2. Disconnect both the USB cable and the acquisition unit power supply; then reconnect by powering on the acquisition unit first, followed by connecting the USB cable.

Non-Zero Value on AI2-HMI Interface When Encoder Is at Zero Position

  • Cause:

    1. Incorrect zero calibration.
    2. Improper offset configuration.
  • Solution:

    1. Re-calibrate the encoder zero position.
    2. Modify the corresponding encoder offset value in the configuration file.
