Routine Maintenance Items and Intervals
Section titled “Routine Maintenance Items and Intervals”To ensure proper operation of the VR Teleoperation Device and extend its service life, perform regular maintenance according to the following schedule.

Warranty Period
Section titled “Warranty Period”-
The product you have purchased is covered by a one-year warranty from the date of delivery. During the warranty period, if the product experiences performance failures under normal usage conditions not resulting from user damage or misuse, we will provide free repair or parts replacement services.

During the warranty period, if the product is modified, disassembled, or altered without our authorization, this warranty will become void in its entirety.

If your product is beyond the warranty period, you may still receive technical support and repair services for a fee, charged in accordance with our standard rates. Extended warranty services, if available, must be purchased before the original warranty expires.
